These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Bemi Holdings LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("Legitsauce", "we", "us", or "our"), and govern your access to and use of legitsauce.com and the games and services we provide on it (collectively, the "Service"). Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Legitsauce is a free, ad-supported platform that lets you play browser-based games. We do not sell subscriptions, in-game items, or any other paid offering. No account is required — all games are accessible anonymously.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 if you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom) to use the Service. If you are younger than that, please do not use Legitsauce. Where required by law, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on behalf of a minor before the minor uses the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on children’s privacy.

Running an ad blocker while browsing is not by itself a violation of these Terms — but you understand that ads are how the Service stays free, and that we may limit or disable certain features when ads cannot be served.
The Service, including the Legitsauce name, logo, design, copy, and source code of the site shell, is owned by Bemi Holdings LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. The games hosted on the Service are owned by their respective creators or licensed to Legitsauce; all rights are reserved.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment, subject to these Terms.
The Service displays third-party advertising delivered by Google AdSense and may, in the future, include other advertising networks, embedded media, or links to third-party sites. We do not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for third-party content, products, or services, and your interactions with advertisers or linked sites are solely between you and them. Ad-partner practices are governed by their own privacy policies and terms — see our Privacy Policy §5 for the list of providers.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES, AND WE MAKE NO WARRANTY AS TO THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR CONTENT OF ANY GAME OR ADVERTISEMENT.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BEMI HOLDINGS LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (WHICH, FOR A FREE SERVICE, WILL GENERALLY BE ZERO) OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bemi Holdings LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (i) your use of the Service, (ii) your violation of these Terms, or (iii) your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violations of these Terms. The sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including §§ 5, 7, 8, 9, 12, and 13.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at legal@legitsauce.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington (Seattle), and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. Nothing in this section limits either party’s right to seek injunctive relief to protect intellectual-property rights.
