Hi, I’m Phil.

I got frustrated with the state of casual gaming on mobile. Every five-minute time-killer had turned into a slot machine — energy meters, paywalls, a 30-second video ad between every round, a popup nagging me to spend $4.99 on a starter pack. The games stopped being games and started being storefronts.

So I built the platform I wanted to play on. Legitsauce is a small, hand-picked library of browser games that work on your phone, your laptop, or whatever’s in front of you. Open a tab, play for two minutes or twenty, close it. That’s the whole experience.

What you won’t find here

How it stays free

Display ads on the site pay the bills. That’s it. If you run an adblocker we still let you in — the “continue anyway” button is right there on the gate — because hard-walling people on school or work networks is exactly the kind of nonsense I’m trying to avoid.

The lineup

A growing library of browser games across a mix of genres — runners, shooters, puzzles, strategy, tower defense, racing, survival, and arcade — with new titles added every month. Every game is built in-house, which keeps the bar consistent and means I can promise the no-IAP / no-video-ads rule across the whole library, today and forever.

Editorial standards

A browser-game page should be useful even before the player presses start. That is why the game pages include plain-English descriptions, controls, first-run strategy, and notes about who each title is best for. Every listed game is fully playable — no coming-soon placeholders standing in for content. The goal is to make Legitsauce feel like a small arcade with a human behind the counter, not a thin list of canvases wrapped in ads.
